Painting courses and drawing lessons for children aged 6 to 8 in Basel and Liestal

Professional Drawing Instruction in Basel and Liestal for an Optimal Start in Art

Our drawing lessons for children aged 6-8 are designed to nurture creativity and fine motor skills through play and artistic expression. We offer classes that introduce children to basic artistic skills, such as using colors, shapes, and lines, while also exploring various materials like paints, pencils, pastels, and more.

The lessons take place in a fun and friendly atmosphere, where children learn the basics of drawing, while also developing attention, imagination, and coordination.

We focus on free creative expression, allowing each child to explore and enjoy the process. Our classes help build confidence and a love for art from an early age.

This is how our courses work

Duration of lessons
You can choose the option that is most convenient for your child: we offer packages with 10 or 20 lessons .

You simply choose a day of the week and a time that suits you well – then you come to draw at this fixed time every week .
Regular participation helps to stay creative and to continuously develop.

If you are unable to attend one session , that's no problem: Within your course duration, you are allowed to come twice in one week to make up for the missed session – provided there are free places available in the groups.

Please note: Missed classes will not be made up or postponed to the future .

You are welcome to book a one-time trial lesson to get to know us and the course.
We do not offer individual lessons , as our concept is based on continuous learning within the course framework.

What happens in class?
The children paint in a creative and supportive environment under the guidance of experienced teachers with completed art studies . Our courses foster individual expression and the joy of artistic creation.

The children can take a break at any time during the lesson. Fresh fruit is available in our studio so our little artists can recharge.

Holiday camp

Every day we start new creative projects: ceramics, making organic soap, candles, scented wax hangers, and painting with liquid acrylic paints. There's also a daily art lesson where the children can try out different materials and techniques. They can paint with watercolors and tempera, have time for free drawing, and participate in lessons where the teacher explains drawing techniques.

Every day, the children play on the playground several times, and we organize fun sporting activities like tug-of-war, sack races, and other team games that help them make new friends. We provide healthy snacks, fruit, vegetables, and delicious lunches. All your child needs to bring is a water bottle. We'll take care of the rest!
