Booking conditions on the website
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the booking and service process on the website www.craftroomredfox.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website").
1.2. By booking on the website, the user confirms that he has read these terms and conditions and fully agrees to them.
2. Booking process
2.1. To book a service, the user must select the desired lesson (drawing, pottery, etc.), specify the desired date and time, and fill out the corresponding form with their contact details.
2.2. A booking is considered confirmed as soon as the user receives a confirmation via email or SMS.
3. Refund of funds
3.1. All paid services are final, and refunds for cancelled or missed classes are not possible.
3.2. In the event of force majeure on our part, we reserve the right to postpone the lesson to another date or to offer a refund in individual cases.
4. Cancellation & rebooking of non-regular courses for children and adults, family events.
4.1. Cancellation or rescheduling of a lesson is only possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. In this case, the customer can choose a different date for the lesson.
4.2. In case of cancellation or no-show without prior notification 48 hours before the appointment, no refund will be given and rescheduling is not possible.
5. Cancellation of bookings for children's camps, birthday parties and private events
5.1 You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event/holiday camp.
5.2 In case of a later cancellation, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
5.3. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the event.
6. Regular children's drawing classes (package of 10 or 20 lessons)
6.1. The courses within the packages of 10 or 20 lessons must take place every week, except during holidays and public holidays.
6.2. If a lesson is missed, it is possible to attend additional lessons in the same week to make up for the missed material — provided there are free places in other groups.
6.3. Courses cannot be postponed to the following weeks in the event of a missed session.
6.4 Cancellation must be submitted at least one month before the subscription expires using the designated form on the website. A penalty of 100 Swiss francs will be charged for late cancellations.
7. Regular drawing classes for adults
7.1 A 5-hour subscription is valid for 5 months, a 10-hour subscription for 10 months.
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The website administration accepts no responsibility for the user's failure to attend the course for reasons beyond our control.
8.2. We reserve the right to cancel the course in the event of insufficient registration (less than 2 people) or for other important reasons and to offer the user either a refund or a postponement of the course.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
9.1 We undertake not to disclose the user's personal data to third parties and to use it exclusively for fulfilling the obligations arising from this booking.
10. Changes to the terms and conditions
10.1 The website administrators reserve the right to modify or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without obtaining user consent. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published on the website.
