1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the booking process and the provision of services on www.craftroomredfox.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

1.2. By making a booking through the Website, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Process

2.1. To book a service, the user must select the desired class (drawing, ceramics, etc.), choose the preferred date and time, and complete the booking form with their contact details.

2.2. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. All paid services are final. No refunds will be issued for classes cancelled by the customer or for missed classes.

3.2. In the event of force majeure on our part, we reserve the right to reschedule the class or, in exceptional cases, offer a refund.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling of One-Time Classes for Children and Adults (Art Evenings, Pottery, Ceramic Painting) and Family Events

4.1. A class may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. In this case, the customer may choose an alternative date.

4.2. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class or the customer fails to attend without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

5. Cancellation of Children's Camps, Birthday Parties, and Private Events

5.1. Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the event or holiday camp.

5.2. If the booking is cancelled after this deadline, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

5.3. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the event.

5.4. Refunds and Camp Dismissal

If a participant withdraws from the camp after it has started for personal reasons, the participation fee already paid is non-refundable.

If a child violates the camp rules or behaves inappropriately towards other children, teachers, or staff members, the camp management reserves the right to dismiss the child from the camp. In such cases, no refund of the participation fee will be provided.

6. Regular Children's Drawing Courses (10- or 20-Class Packages)

6.1. Classes included in the 10- or 20-class packages are held weekly, except during school holidays and public holidays.

6.2. If a class is missed, it may be made up during the validity period of the package by attending another group, subject to availability.

6.3. Missed classes may only be made up during the validity period of the package. Any unused classes expire once the package has ended and cannot be carried over.

6.4. Cancellation of an ongoing subscription must be submitted at least one month (4 classes) before the package expires via the designated form on the Website. School holiday periods are not included when calculating this notice period. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a CHF 100 administration fee.

6.5. No refunds will be issued after payment has been made.

7. Regular Adult Drawing Courses

7.1. A 5-class package is valid for 5 months, and a 10-class package is valid for 10 months.

8. Liability

8.1. The Website administration shall not be held liable if a customer is unable to attend a class for reasons beyond our control.

8.2. We reserve the right to cancel a class if there are insufficient participants (fewer than 3 people) or for other important reasons. In such cases, customers will be offered either a refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1. We are committed to protecting users' personal data and will not disclose it to third parties. Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling obligations related to the booking.

10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

10.1. The Website administration reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without obtaining users' consent. Any changes shall take effect upon publication on the Website.
