What we expect from you:

• Passion for art and teaching
  Enjoyment in passing on knowledge, motivating children and accompanying them on their creative path.

• Creativity and artistic skills
  Ability to design exciting and stimulating art lessons for different age groups.

• Teaching experience
  Experience in teaching children and/or teenagers is an advantage.

• Training
  Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of art (or a related subject).

• Individual approach
  Willingness to adapt to the needs and pace of each individual student.

• German language level at least B2
  Lessons and communication with parents take place predominantly in German.

• Russian and/or Chinese – an advantage

• Positive charisma and good communication skills
  Empathy, patience, and enjoyment in working with people.

• Willingness to develop further
  Openness to new teaching methods, creative ideas and active participation in daily studio life.
