What we’re looking for:

• Passion for art and teaching
  A love for sharing knowledge, inspiring students, and supporting their creative journey.

• Creativity and strong artistic skills
  The ability to design engaging and age-appropriate art lessons for different student levels.

• Teaching experience
  Experience working with children and/or teenagers is a plus.

• Education
  A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field.

• Individual approach
  Willingness to adapt lessons to the needs, pace, and interests of each student.

• German language level B2 or higher
  Lessons and communication with parents are mainly in German.

• Russian and/or Chinese language skills are a plus

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  Ability to create a warm, supportive, and inspiring classroom environment.

• Willingness to grow and learn
  Open to new teaching methods, creative collaboration, and active participation in studio life.
