If your cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the course, you will receive a full refund or you can transfer your ticket to another event. If your cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a voucher to participate in a future event. We will do our best to meet your needs. In case of cancellation, please send an e-mail.
